We understand that plans change. Whether a meeting ran late or a trip was moved, Spify offers a flexible management dashboard to put you in control of your cleaning schedule. You can modify your booking directly from your pocket without needing to call a support line.
Our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To maintain our commitment to our Spify Duos and ensure their schedules remain consistent, we have a simple policy:
24+ Hours Notice: You can reschedule or cancel your booking with zero fees. Your payment hold will be released immediately.
Inside 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment, a small late-cancellation fee is applied. This fee goes directly to our Partners to compensate them for the reserved time slot that can no longer be filled.
How to Change a Booking: Simply log into your Spify account, go to 'My Bookings,' select the upcoming appointment, and click 'Reschedule.' You can pick any other available slot that fits your new schedule.
