How We Guarantee Punctuality

When you select a time—for example, 10:00 AM—our system doesn't just treat that as a suggestion.

• Smart Dispatching: Our algorithm calculates the Duo's previous location, traffic patterns, and equipment reload time to ensure they are at your door at the minute you requested.

• Live GPS Tracking: Once your Duo is en route, you can track their progress via the Spify app. You’ll see exactly where they are and their estimated time of arrival (ETA) in real-time.

• Notification Alerts: You will receive a "Heads Up" notification when your Duo is 15 minutes away and another when they have officially arrived at your property.
