Yes, 100%. Full internal oven decarbonisation, extractor hood degreasing, internal fridge/freezer sanitization, and inside-and-out cupboard cleaning are included as standard. Unlike budget cleaners who charge £50–£80 extra on the day to touch the oven, our flat-rate checkout price is completely all-inclusive.
Please just ensure the fridge/freezer is emptied and defrosted 24 hours prior to our arrival.
Does the property need to be completely empty before you arrive?
Yes. For our Strike Team to execute a full Move Out Clean and activate the 48-Hour Inventory Guarantee, all furniture, boxes, and rubbish must be removed beforehand. This gives our two-person team unobstructed access to all skirting boards, cupboard interiors, and floor edges.
If the property is furnished as part of a rental inventory, we will move light items to clean beneath them and sanitize all landlord furnishings.
What if my landlord or letting agent flags something on the checkout inspection?
