  • Employer Contributions: As an employer, we handle your National Insurance and pension contributions where applicable.

How the Payout Cycle Works We know that financial clarity is essential. That’s why we operate a streamlined, weekly payroll schedule so you are never left waiting for your wages.

  • Monday to Sunday: Your hours are logged and verified automatically via the Spify Partner app as you complete your precision cleans.

  • The Following Week: Our payroll team calculates your total hours worked, adds your holiday pay accrual, and processes any performance bonuses.

  • Friday Payday: Your net pay is sent via direct bank transfer (BACS) to your nominated account, accompanied by a digital payslip.
