When am I charged?
Payments & Billing
The Answer:At Spify, we operate on a "Performance-First" payment model. We believe you should only pay for a service that has been successfully delivered to our clinical standards.
How the process works:
The Pre-Authorization: When you confirm your booking, our system places a temporary "authorization hold" on your card. This is not a charge; it is simply a verification by your bank to ensure funds are available for your scheduled Duo.
The Completion Trigger: Your card is only officially debited once your Spify Duo marks the job as "Complete" in the app and you have been sent your digital service summary.
Receipts & Tracking: Immediately following the charge, a detailed VAT receipt is sent to your registered email address. You can also access your entire payment history at any time through your Spify dashboard.
Why we do this:This system protects you. If you need to cancel within our policy window or if a service cannot be performed for any reason, the hold is simply released back to your bank, ensuring you are never out of pocket for a service you didn't receive.
